Refund and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases please inform us immediately. Shopping for Jewellery has a strong regard for customer satisfaction, we want you to enjoy your jewellery piece and wear it with confidence and so offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

We will exchange or refund your unworn purchases for any reason within seven days of receipt of the goods. If a refund is required, the total cost of the purchased items minus the shipping and handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be given once the goods have been safely received by us.

If an exchange is required you must pay for all the shipping costs incured. Shipping charges are non refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the refund or exchange of earrings whether pierced or clip on. No refunds or exchanges will be given for items that are on special or on promotion.

Please note that items accepted for return or exchange must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered and or tampered with in any way will not be refunded or exchanged. Managements decision is final.
